NOTICE OF DISPOSAL BY WAY OF LAND TRANSFER OF VARIOUS PARCELS OF LAND COMPRISING OPEN SPACE LAND UNDER SECTION 123 (2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Waverley Borough Council intends to dispose of land, subject to contract, over land forming open space comprising various parcels of land at Elstead Village Green, Elstead, Surrey, at or in vicinity of GU8 6HA.

A plan showing the location of the land concerned may be inspected during normal office hours at the Waverley Borough Council Offices at The Burys, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1HR.

Any objections regarding the intended disposal should be made in writing to the Borough Solicitor, Legal Services, Waverley Borough Council, The Burys, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1HR or by email to [email protected] citing ref: 010000.

Objections must be received no later than 4.30 pm on Friday, 27 May 2022.
