THE SURREY COUNTY COUNCIL

LUSTED HALL LANE (D450) TATSFIELD

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2018

SURREY COUNTY COUNCIL PROPOSE TO MAKE the above

mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road

Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit

vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Lusted

Hall Lane (D450) Tatsfield, as extends from its junction with The

Copse to the access road of property named Lusted Hall Farm.

This Order shall come into operation on 07 May 2018 for a

period of 3 months. Advanced warning signs will be displayed

and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant

traffic signs are displayed. This Order is required to enable

Morrison Utility Services working on behalf of Thames Water to

install a new water connection within the affected length

described in this Notice.

Works are anticipated to be carried out from the 07 May 2018

for 4 days between the hours of 07.00hrs and 16.30hrs however

the closure will be in place for 24 hours a day. Access will be

maintained for pedestrians, dismounted cyclists and dismounted

equestrians at all times. There are no properties within the

affected length of Lusted Hall Lane (D450) Tatsfield. Access

for all emergency services, vehicular traffic and H.G.V.s will

be maintained via Ricketts Hill Road, Old Lane, Ship Hill,

Westmore Green and Lusted Hall Lane or this route in

reverse order.
