Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 Regulation 24, Town and Country Planning (Local Planning)

(England) Regulations 2012

Waverley Borough Council submitted the Waverley Borough Local Plan Part 2: Site Allocations and Development Management Policies on 22 December 2021 for independent examination. As part of the independent examination of the plan,

public hearings are to be held.

In accordance with the regulations, hearings will commence on:

Date: Tuesday 12 July 2022

Time: 10.00am

Venue: The Council Chamber, Waverley Borough Council, The Burys, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1HR and Zoom

Contingency sessions may be held on Tuesday 6 and Wednesday 7 September if required.

Those wishing to observe are strongly advised to do so via Waverley Borough Council’s YouTube livestream at https://www.youtube.com/user/WaverleyBorough.

The appointed inspector is Mr G J Fort BA PGDip LLM MCD MRTPI.
