Sickle Road (D5522) Haslemere

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Sickle Road (D5522) Haslemere as extends from a point in line with the western boundary of No.18 Sickle Road to a point in line with the western boundary of No.18 Sickle Road. Alternative Route – Sickle Road; Dale View; Sun Brow; and Sickle Road or this same route in reverse. The Order is required to facilitate telecoms pole replacement works to be carried out by, or on behalf of BT Openreach within the length of road described in this notice. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 day between the hours of 8am and 6pm within the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Traffic Order which commences on 21 January 2022. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road including access by emergency vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and cyclists.

C28 Tilford Road, Hindhead and D5312 Fox Road, Lower Bourne

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in a) That length of C28 Tilford Road, Hindhead that extends from its junction with D131 Green Lane and its junction with A287 Churt Road and A287 Tilford Road. b) That length of D5312 Fox Road, Lower Bourne that extends from the north-eastern property boundary of No.3 Fox Road, to the north-western property boundary of No.8 Fox Road. This Traffic Order is required to enable BT Openreach to access overhead structures and/or carry out ducting and/or poling and/or cabling and/or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out within 3 days of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 27 January 2022. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closures will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are

displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, businesses,

pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times.

For part a) works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm, within 1 day on 27 January 2022. The vehicular diversion route will be via Tilford Road, Jumps Road and Churt Road. For part b) works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8am and 6pm, within 2 days from 03 February 2022. There is no applicable vehicular diversion route.

D5313 Middle Bourne Lane, Lower Bourne

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of D5313 Middle Bourne Lane, Lower Bourne. The vehicular diversion route will be via D5313 Middle Bourne Lane, Lower Bourne. This Traffic Order is required to enable

a) South East Water to carry out carriageway reinstatement around a low stop tap cover and/or maintenance works, and b) BT Openreach to carry out ducting and/or poling and/or cabling and/or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out within 3 days of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 27 January 2022. For part a) works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm, within 2 days from 27 January 2022. For part b) works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8am and 6pm, within 1 day on 23 February 2022. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closures will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, businesses, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times.
