C120 Crondall Lane, Farnham Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order No.2 2020

On 14 October 2020 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of C120 Crondall Lane, Farnham that extends from its junction with A325 West Street to its junction with D5330 Parfitts Close. This Traffic Order is required to enable SGN to carry out gas mains replacement and/or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 7am and 7pm, within 10 days of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 23 October 2020. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and; dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. Access to residences on the affected length of Crondall Lane will be maintained at all times. Access for emergency vehicles, local residents and businesses will be via the signed vehicular diversion route which will be West Street, The Hart, Falkner

Road and Beavers Road.

A31 Runfold Diversion Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2020

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and (7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to: a) prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of A31 Runfold Diversion that extends from the off-slip road to A31 Guilford Road to the on-slip road to its roundabout junction with D4002 Tongham Road. b) The Surrey County Council Slip- Road from Runfold Diversion (A31), Tongham Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2020” shall be suspended in its entirety. c) “The Surrey County Council A31 Runfold Diversion, Tongham and A323 Aldershot Road, Ash Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2020” shall be suspended in its entirety. This Temporary Order is required to enable Bethell construction Ltd to carry out carriageway resurfacing and/or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8pm and 5am within 2 nights of the 12 month period of operation of this Order which commences on 30 October 2020. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians; dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at under direction of banksmen only. No sole access to any property will be affected however access for emergency services, residents and businesses will be maintained via the vehicular diversion route which will be: Guildford Road, Blackwater Valley Route, Water Lane, Badshot Lea Road, Lower Farnham Road, Ash Road and Lower Farnham Road.

D688 Pond Lane and C27 Bacon Lane, Churt Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2020

Surrey County Council with permission from Hampshire County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in: a) the entire length of D688 Pond Lane, Churt vehicular traffic will be diverted via Frensham Road and Bacon Lane b) that length of C27 Bacon Lane, Churt that extends from its junction with D688 Pond Lane, southwards to its junction with Frensham Lane; vehicular traffic will be diverted via Pond Lane, Farnham Road, Churt Road, Star Hill, Simmondstone Lane and Bacon Lane. This Traffic Order is required to enable BT Openreach to access underground structures to make a new fibre connection and/or carry out cabling maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm, within 5 days of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 02 November 2020. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closures will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, businesses,

pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times.

Various Roads in Farnham and Haslemere

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2020

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to: 1. prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in: a) That length of A287 Churt Road, Hindhead that extends from its junction with D5350 Wood Road to its junction with D5501 Steepways; vehicular traffic will be diverted via A287 Tilford Road, A333 Portsmouth Road, A3 (northbound) Hindhead Tunnel Road, A3 Portsmouth Road, A3 Milford By-Pass, B3001 Elstead Road, B3001 Milford Road, B3001 Farnham Road, B3001 Waverley Lane, C122 Menin Way, C122 Great Austins, A287 Firgrove Hill, A287 Frensham Road, A287 Farnham Road and A287 Churt Road. b) The entire length of D5301 School Hill, Wrecclesham; vehicular traffic will be diverted via A325 The Street, A325 Wrecclesham Hill and B3384 Echo Barn Lane. c) The entire length of D5528 Holdfast Lane and D5528 Clammer Hill Road, Haslemere; vehicular traffic will be diverted via D154 Lower Road, A286 Grayswood Road, A286 Haslemere High Street and B2131 Petworth Road. d) That length of C121 St Georges Road, Badshot Lea that extends from its junction with Badshot Lea Road to Carpenters Way; vehicular traffic will be diverted via: Anti-clockwise – B3208 Badshot Lea Road, B3208 Monkton Lane, B3208 Water Lane, A325 Water Lane Roundabout, A325 Farnborough Road, A31 Shepherd and Flock Roundabout, A31 Runfold Diversion and C121 St Georges Road. Clockwise – C121 St Georges Road, C119 Guildford Road, A31 Runfold Diversion, A31 Shepherd and Flock Roundabout and A325 Farnborough Road. 2. (i) Suspend “The Surrey County Council Holdfast Lane (D5528), Haslemere Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2020” in its entirety. (ii) Suspend “The Surrey County Council Various Roads in Waverley (No.3) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic

Order 2019” in its entirety.

This Temporary Traffic Order is required to enable highway surface treatments, resurfacing, maintenance and/or improvement works on behalf of Surrey County Council. These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible within the 18 month period of operation of this Temporary Traffic Order which commences on 01 November 2020. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closures will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access will be maintained for emergency vehicles, pedestrians and; dismounted cyclists and equestrians at all times. Access for residents and businesses on the affected lengths of road described in parts a) to d) to this notice, will be via the diversion routes described above. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner.

C29 Pitch Place, Thursley Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2020

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of C29 Pitch Place, Thursley. This Traffic Order is required to enable BT Openreach to carry out cabling maintenance works to restore customer service. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm, within 2 days of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 01 November 2020. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, businesses, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. The vehicular diversion route will be via Thursley Road, Tilford Road,
