NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of East Hampshire District Council for a premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. Details of the application are as follows:

The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Monday to Thursday: 11am-11pm, Friday to Saturday 11am-12am, Sunday 12pm-10:30pm, Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve 11am- 1am

The provision of live music, Indoor Sporting Events (pub games), Performance of Dance & anything of a similar description: Monday to Thursday: 11am-11pm, Friday to Saturday 11am-12am, Sunday 12pm-10:30pm, Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve 11am-1am.

The provision of recorded music Monday to Thursday: 9:30am- 11:45pm, Friday to Saturday 9:30am-1am, Sunday 11am-10:30pm, Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve 11am-1am. Premises Opening Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:30am-11:45pm, Friday to Saturday

9:30am-1am, Sunday 11am-11pm, Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve 9:30am-1am

Any responsible authority or any other person wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to the Licensing Officer, Penns Place, Petersfield,

GU31 4EX by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice. Written representations may also be made by email to: [email protected]

ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY.

Please note that is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the office, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard (currently £5,000).
